RN1UTL44 - Initialize Medication Number Ranges

Purpose

Initialization of number ranges and number range intervals for the determination of the keys of the N1MEORDER, N1MEEVENT, N1THS, N1ODRUG and N1EDRUG tables.
This XPRA must run for i.s.h.med Release 4.72. The system will create one entry each in the NRIV (intervals) and TNKRS (IS-H number assignment) tables.
