RN1UTL45 - Initialization of Number Range for External Prescription ID

Purpose

Initialization of number ranges and number range intervals for the determination of the external prescription number (N1THS-EXPRESNR).
This XPRA must run for i.s.h.med Release 4.72. The system will create one entry each in the NRIV (intervals) and TNKRS (IS-H number assignment) tables.
