RN1_CHECK_DOUBLE_NURSE_ANCSRV - Check and List Patients with Several Valid Nursing Plans

Purpose

This report lists all patients with cases for which erroneously there are two active nursing plans due to a bug.

Due to the bug the patient’s case that was used was not locked when a nursing plan was entered and therefore users were simultaneously able to enter an additional nursing plan for the same patient (second mode). However, there being more than one valid nursing plan existing for a case is not permitted. This bug made it impossible for the user to create a movement when releasing services that were created in a nursing plan. This effect results from a timeout of the nursing anchor services which were created in parallel with overlapping periods of the case being used.

For all cases for which there is a second active nursing plan the report’s result list enables you to terminate this second plan and thus eliminate any repercussions.

Selection

The institution and date are available to you as selection criteria.

• If you want to limit the report to only one day, you have to enter the desired date both in the field "Date from" and in the field "Date to".

• If you do not fill the field "Date to", the system automatically sets the value to "31.12.9999".
