RN1_CORD_ISTATUS_ASSIGN - Clinical Orders: Allocation of Internal Status

Purpose

This report assigns the corresponding internal status to the order items of clinical orders related to the user status.

The report executes the following changes for clinical orders and order items:

• Searches for all clinical orders which have no movement and which correspond to the selection criteria

• Checks whether the internal status is set and whether it has the correct value

• Sets the coresponding value for the internal status
  

Any changes which are executed by this report only affect task management for service ordering within the framework of smart UI.

The system executes these changes only once for each data record.

If you system contains a large number of order items for clinical orders (entries in table N1VKG), we recommend that you use corresponding selection criteria to restrict the number of entries to be processed.

You should note that you must execute the report once again following any changes which you make in the IMG activity Maintain Tasks for Status Profile (transaction N1COS), so that the system can determine the internal status accordingly.

Selection

In a selection screen you can enter the following selection criteria and therefore specify which clinical orders should be selected for processing:

• Institution

• Created On (date from - to on which the clinical orders were entered)

• Created By (user who created the clinical order)

• Patient (patient number from - to)

• Test Mode
  If you call the report in test mode, the report executes no changes in the database.

Standard Variants

Output

The report changes the database table for the internal status of the clinical order and the order items (N1VKG, column ISTAT).
