Purpose

The report selects or cancels incorrect appointments or clinical orders belonging to a patient with provisional master data, who is no longer in the system (no entry in table NPAP).

Selection

In the 'appointments' and 'clinical orders' blocks you determine if the report selects/displays or also cancels the incorrect data records.

'Dates' block

  • 'Select appointments' checkbox: Do you wish to select appointments?
  • Institution
  • Date: Creation date of the appointment. Enter a smaller period, e.g. one week.
  • 'Cancel appointments' checkbox: Do you wish to cancel the incorrect appointments?
  • Cancellation reason
  • Employee responsible

'Clinical orders' block

  • 'Select clinical orders': checkbox Do you wish to select appointments?
  • Institution
  • Date: Creation date of the clinical order. Enter a smaller period, e.g. one week.
  • 'Cancel clinical orders': checkbox Do you wish to cancel the incorrect clinical orders?
  • Cancellation reason
  • Employee responsible

Selection

When selecting appointments, the report outputs appointments to provisional patient numbers (NTMN-PAPID), which, however, no longer exist in the table NPAP.
Fields: Appointment ID (NTMN-TMNID), provisional patient number (NTMN-PAPID) and the appointment's creation date (NTMN-ERDAT).

When selecting clinical orders, the report outputs clinical orders (including surgery/treatment items, admission items, appointments, services) to provisional patient numbers (NTMN-PAPID), which, however, no longer exist in the table NPAP.
Fields: Clinical order ID (N1CORDER-CORDERID), provisional patient number (N1CORDER- PAPID), clinical order creation date (N1CORDER- ERDAT), item IDs (N1VKG-VKGID), sequence number of the services (NLEI-LNRLS), appointment IDs (NTMN- TMNID)

Selection and cancellation

Lists the selected data, cancels the data and informs if cancellation has been successful.
