RN1_CORRECT_NLLZ_SURG - Correction Report Operations with NLLZ Assignments

Purpose

This report corrects the following errors concerning surgeries:

• A surgery service is incorrectly not connected with the main surgery anchor service.

• The service is connected to the main surgery anchor service (an NLLZ entry is created).

• A surgery service is incorrectly connected to a duplicate main anchor service.

• The service is connected to the correct main surgery anchor service (an NLLZ entry is created).

• The connection between the service and the incorrect (duplicate) main surgery anchor service is removed (an NLLZ entry is deleted).

• The duplicate main surgery anchor service and the duplicate anesthesia anchor service are canceled (STORN indicators are set in NLEI).
