Purpose

The report corrects appointment data in table NTMN concerning the movement sequence number. If there are records in table NAPP with a movement sequence number missing from table NTMN this data can be corrected via the report.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

The report determines appointments in table NAPP linked to a movement (NAPP-LFDNR is filled), but not having a movement number in table NTMN (NTMN-TMNLB is empty).

The data is selected based on the institution and time interval that you enter in the selection screen. For performance reasons please enter a shorter period, e.g. one week.

If you do not select the checkbox 'Correct Data' the report presents the data which has been determined (appointment ID (NTMN-TMNID), patient number (NTMN-PATNR), appointment creation date (NTMN-ERDAT), patient name (NPAT-NNAME und NPAT-VNAME), case number from NTMN (NTMN-FALNR), case number from NAPP (NAPP-FALNR), current movement from NAPP (NAPP-LFDNR) and the current movement from NTMN (NTMN-TMNLB) without correcting it (test run).

If you select the checkbox ' Correct Data ' the report transfers the current movement number from the NAPP record in the field for the current movement number in the NTMN record and corrects the NTMN data (update run). The report gives information about the success of the correction.

Selection

  • Institution
  • Date: appointment creation date. Enter a smaller period, e.g. one week.
