RN1_GENERATE_APPS_FOR_MOV - Generate Appointments for Movements

Purpose

This program generates appointments for existing movements for which appointments have not been created, but for which an appointment is required for processing in the work stations.

Note that the execution of the program impairs the system performance. We recommend you restrict the number of movements using selection criteria, so that only a small number of movements is taken into account for creating appointments.

Note that you must execute the program if you are using i.s.h.med prior to Patch 10 of Release 4.72. If you do not use i.s.h.med until after Patch 10 of Release 4.72, it is not essential to run the program. You can execute this report more than once.

Features

The program takes the following movements into account for the generation of appointments:

• Date of the movement lies within the selected period

• Nursing organizational unit of the movement is in the selected range

• Movement category is an outpatient visit ('4')

• Movement is not canceled

• Movement is not linked with an appointment template of a clinical order

• Movement is not linked with an appointment

• Movement is not a surgery movement

• Movement has a scheduling type entered

Selection

You use the following selection parameters to restrict the selection of movements:

• Institution

• Movement date

• Nursing organizational unit of movement

If you select Test Run, the report does not make any changes to the database.

Standard Variants

Output

The program creates appointments for the selected movements and updates the appointments in the database.

The program creates a log and displays the following data for the appointments/movements in a list:

• Case number

• Sequence number of the movement to which the appointment is assigned

• Date of the created appointment/movement

• Time of the created appointment/movement

• Planned organizational unit for which an appointment was created

• Room for which an appointment was created

• Scheduling type for which the appointment was used

• Message indicating whether the appointment can be or was created

The program also compiles the log in test mode.
