RN1_REPAIR_N1APCN - i.s.h.med: Correct Defect Appointment Entries

Purpose

You can execute this correction report for each institution and for the time periods in which you have created or changed clinical orders.

When restricting time periods you should note that the report can only be called for a start date from the 1.1.2007. If no time period is specified, the report selects from 1.1.2007 until 31.12.2007.

The report does not check canceled appointment entries.

You should first execute this correction report in test mode. This selects incorrect appointment entries, but does not correct them.

The report lists incorrect appointment entries.

When you actually execute the report (not in test mode), the system cancels the incorrect appointment entries found. The report cancels all appointments (table NTMN, NAPP and N1APCN) which are attached to an invalid clinical order. If the incorrect appointment entry has a movement reference, the reference from the movement (NBEW-APCNID) to the invalid clinical order is removed, a stand-alone appointment with a movement remains.

You should note that, in case of large quantities of data, the report can cause long runtimes. If you have many appointments (NTMN/NAPP data records) we recommend that you execute the correction report for short periods of time, as otherwise, internal tables may overrun. This would result in a runtime error.

Note that the report may run for a long time in case of large quantities of data.
