Purpose

This report checks for case-related services whether a reference exists to a valid movement with the corresponding date and time. The report does not check canceled services.

You should execute this correction report in test mode first. This selects the incorrect service entries but does not yet correct them.

When you execute the correction (not in test mode) the case-related services entries found are corrected. The system replaces the invalid date and time data of the services with the corresponding valid date and time data of the movement. You should note that the report can be time-consuming due to large data quantities.

In case of many services, we recommend that you run the correction report for short periods of time and restrict using the performing organizational unit, as otherwise the internal tables may overrun. This would result in a runtime error.

You can execute the report on your system at any time. Note that you must execute the report if you used the clinical system with Release 4.63B before Patch 17. If you only started to use the clinical system after Patch 17 of Release 4.63B, it is not absolutely necessary to run the report.

The following selection criteria is available for controlling the execution of the report:

• Institution

• Date from - to

You restrict the services to be checked using the performance date.

• Performing organizational unit

You restrict the services to be checked using the performing organizational unit.

• Service

You restrict the execution of the report to a specific service.

• Anchor services only

The report checks and corrects only anchor services.

• Test mode

If you select test mode, the report will not make changes to the database.

Standard Variants

Output

The report changes the database tables for managing services (NLEM and NLEI).

The report generates a log which displays, for each changed service, data on the service (sequence number of services, service code, start and end time of service performance), on the movement (start and end time) and on the patient (patient number and patient name).
