Purpose

This report is a correction report for case-related progress notes which were not taken into account during case revision.

All case revisions are determined. The system determines the data records for the progress notes which still have the old case number and/or movement as a reference in the context.

In test mode all determined data is displayed.

If you do not run the program in test mode, the missing data will be saved immediately.

Integration

To execute this program, you need the authorization for the authorization group N_2_DV1 in the authorization object S_PROGRAM.

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

  • Institution to which the selected data must belong.
  • Source case number - You can restrict the case numbers
  • Target case number - You can restrict the case numbers
  • Context ID (PD) e.g. OPDCHART for the outpatient note
  • Selection period - for the executed case revision - If this is not set the system uses the time period from the 1st of the current month up to the current date.
  • Test run (log only) - The system only logs the determined data, no conversions are made
  • Productive run (DB changes) - The system logs the determined data, no conversions are made

You can determine whether the log should be saved.

Standard Variants

Output

The log is created and displayed using SAP application logging. Using the transactions SLG1 and SLG2 you can evaluate and delete the saved logs.
