Purpose
You can use this report to supplement existing data for vital signs in the database table N2CLIM_VALVS.
The report determines, on an institution-specific basis, the existing data records and supplements the missing values in the following database fields:
- WARNING_LOW,,(Warning range lower value)
- WARNING_HIGH,,(Warning range upper value)
- ALARM_LOW,,(Extreme/alarm range lower value)
- ALARM_HIGH,,(Extreme/alarm range upper value)
- DISPLAY_LOW,,(Display range lower value)
- DISPLAY_HIGH,,(Display range upper value)
Integration
Note that during runtime the report locks the processing of vital sign examinations in the application for the patient concerned.
Prerequisites
You need the authorization in authorization object N_2CLIM for displaying or processing for the institution and the documenting OU.

Selection
Parameter | Mandatory field | Meaning |

Patient ID | Specification of a patient ID, for restricting the data determination to this patient | |
Measurement Date | Time range for restricting the time period for data determination | |
Test Run | Indicator that no database change and processing lock should occur | |
Standard Variants
Output
The report generates a log in which the following information is displayed:
- Parameter, with which the program run was executed
- Number of processed patients
- Number of patients with locked examinations
- Number of numerical measurements
- Number of successfully changed measurements
- Number of incorrect changes
- List of errors which occurred during data determination
