Purpose

You can use this report to manually change the status of a recording.

Integration

Prerequisites

When comparing the recording status in the HIS with the status of the dictation system pay attention to the specific conversions in the relevant connectors (BAdI implementation).

Features

Selection

The following selection parameters are available to you:

  • In the Selection Criteria group box:
  • ID Recording:GUID of recording for the communication with the dictation system.

  • New Status:Status of recording which should be set (see value range domain N2DI_RECORD_STATE).

  • In the Settings group box:
  • Test Run: If the indicator is set, the system executes the program in test mode. The report displays the results list of the recording to be changed. However, no database change is executed.

  • Production Run: If the indicator is set, the system executes the program in update mode. The report displays the results list of the recording changed. The changes are saved on the database.
