Purpose

You can use this report to set a deletion indicator in documents.

Integration

Prerequisites

To execute this program, you need the authorization for the authorization group N_2_DV1 in the authorization object S_PROGRAM.

Features

Selection

In the Selection Criteria screen area you must enter the following data:

• Institution

• Document Category

• Changed on

Choose Without Document Content, to select only documents without document content.

Standard Variants

Output

You can execute the report in test mode. The system outputs a log.

Activities

You can use report RN2DOC_CLEAR_DELETION_INDICAT to remove the deletion indicator in documents.
