RN2LAB_N2BEFCOMM_DELETE - Delete Data from N2LABCOMM

Purpose

When transferring unstructured findings data for the batch input folder is temporarily saved in table N2BEFCOMM. Table N2LABORTXT contains the text of the findings.

If the findings were saved in the document, this data is deleted from the auxiliary tables N2BEFCOMM and N2LABORTXT. Under certain circumstances entries may remain in the table, e.g. if a batch input folder is not processed but deleted.

You can delete these entries from the tables using this report.

Integration

Prerequisites

To execute this program you need authorization for the authorization group N_0_UTIL of authorization object S_PROGRAM.

Features

Selection

The findings date was subsequently added in table N2BEFCOMM. This means old entries may exist in the table, which are not selected with a date entry. If you do not enter a date, these records will be deleted.

Standard Variants

Output

You can execute the report in test mode. A log is then displayed and no changes are made in the database.
