Title

Transferring Text Modules as Text Files to the PC

Purpose

You can transfer the text modules stored in the system to your PC as text files. You can use the program to later load these text modules into the system.

Prerequisites

As the user of this program, you must have the appropriate authorizations for the levels from which you want to download these (authorization object N_2TBS).

You can always transfer text modules for individual user-IDs.

Features

Selection

You must select the assignment levels for which you want to transfer the text modules. You must enter a valid fully qualified file name (use the input help (F4)).

Standard Variants

No standard variants were supplied.

Output

The system will then display the file name and the number of transferred text modules in the log.

Activities

Your system administrator will inform you of missing authorizations.
