Purpose

Assignment of templates for diagnoses, users, and organizational units

Selection

The transaction has the transaction code N1ME_TMPA. The following entries are possible in the selection screen:

  • Institution
  • Template group
  • Order template

No entry is a required entry.

Select Display or Change, to start the function.

Properties of selection criteria
  • You can use the institutionto reduce the amount of order templates in the detail search and in the input help.
  • In the template group and the order template you can use the wildcards '*' and '?'. The entry 'A*' in the order template will return all templates, which start with 'A'.
  • If no search string is entered, the system will display all templates and template groups.
Program behavior
  • Template groups are valid for all institutions.
  • Order templates can be institution-related. If an institution is entered, this is taken into account when the system searches for order templates.
  • Order templates can be assigned to template groups. If an order template satisfies the search term and belongs to a template group, the system will display all order templates of this group. Order templates which are not assigned to a group, are only found, if the short text corresponds to the search term.

Activities

The search result is displayed in a divided screen. The left-hand screen area contains the template groups with the assigned order templates and individual templates, the area in the right contains the assignments for the selected entry. In this area you can process the assignments.

Select an entry by double-clicking.

Process the assignments using the context menu or using the corresponding pushbuttons.

Multiple selection is possible when undoing assignments; in this case you must undo the assignments using the pushbutton.

Remarks

To assign an OU to an order template group, you must enter an institution, which is queried in this dialog box. This is preset from the EIN parameter.

Transport

In order to be able to transport the assignments, save your data and select Transport.The system will create a transport request.
