Description

This program deletes the assignment of work organizers to printers that are not available. You can also use this program to change work organizer-to-printer assignments.

First, you can specify what you want to use the program for (deleting or changing).

Selection criteria if you use the program for deleting:

  • Printers that you want to delete. The program only processes printers that are not defined in printer master data.
  • Report execution mode (live run or test run)

Selection criteria if you use the program for changing:

  • Old printer (can be an existing printer, or even a printer that is still valid)
  • New printer
  • Report execution mode (live run or test run)

Requirements

If you use the program for deleting, you must specify the printer entries that you want to delete. The program only processes printers that are not defined in printer master data. If you do not specify anything, this will mean that the program will delete all printer entries in IS-H form control that do not reference existing printers.

If you use the program for changing, you must specify the old and new printer.

Output

The system outputs a list of the deletions/changes made.
