RNHCO014 - IS-H: Reverse Statistical Key Figures in Case-Based Orders

Description

This program enables you to reverse statistical key figures you posted to case-based orders in CO. The posted statistical key figures are reversed for a period if no movements exist for the case in the period under consideration.

This can occur, for example, if after transferring statistical key figures to CO you shorten an admission to the effect that it no longer extends into the period for which you carried out the transfer.

Requirements

You must specify a valid institution and valid period. The period specified must not be blocked in CO to prevent statistical key figures (actual) from being entered. CO statistical key figures must be defined in Customizing.

Output

The program outputs a detailed log listing the statistical key figures that have been reversed. The log contains the cased-based order number, case number and information on the statistical key figure in CO for each statistical key figure.

Example

Statistical key figured are mapped to case-based orders fro the periods 10/01/97 - 10/31/97 and 11/01/97 - 11/30/97.

A case is admitted on 10/25/97. Extended services whose validity extends across both these periods are entered for the case. A case-based order is created for the case and statistical key figures (e.g. patient days and billing days) are posted to this case-based order.

If the case is now discharged during the first period, the statistical key figures posted for the second period are no longer correct and must be reversed.

Note: Statistical key figures are not reversed by program RNHCO013.
