Description

By means of this template you can activate the enhancement in the derivation of characteristics of Profitability Analysis for the transfer of IS-H characteristics.

The program determines the characteristics set up in the IS-H System and transfers the calculated values to the line item structure of CO-PA.

Requirements

Before activating the enhancement, you must have fully implemented Profitability Analysis.

For more information on this topic, see the section Profitability Analysis in the Implementation Guide for Controlling.

The characteristics you defined in the operating concern must be assigned to the IS-H characterisics in the IS-H System. Here the assignment is made using the technical field names, e.g. WWM01. This of course only applies to the characteristics of the operating concern which should be filled automatically from the IS-H System.

Please note that at least a basic knowledge of the development environment is required for the following activities.

The program as shipped with the software is not active. You must work through the following steps to obtain an active version you can use for the user exit function module EXIT_SAPLKEAA_002:

  1. Copy the Include
Copy the program RNHCOI00 and save it as ZXKKEU02.
  1. Set the current operating concern
Replace all occurrences of <ErgBereich> in the program ZXKKEU02 by the four-digit key of your operating concern. Please note that you must repeat this step if you want to use a new operating concern.
  1. Delete comment
All program lines are commented out in the software shipment. To delete the comments, select the whole program and choose Delete comment * in the menu Block/buffer.
  1. Activate the function module EXIT_SAPLKEAA_002
Please check then activate the function module EXIT_SAPLKEAA_002.

Example

If your operating concern is CLIN, you must replace <ErgBereich> by CLIN:

  • CE1<ErgBereich> --> CE1CLIN by CLIN:

  • CE1 --> CE1CLIN
