Description

IS-H: Missing outpatient treatment certificates
This program lists all of the cases (during a specific period or from an additional case selection) for which the treatment certificates are still missing, as well as those that do not have a valid certificate, or whose certificates do not have any assigned movements.

Requirements

Enter a time period. You can also restrict your selection further by choosing a case.
Please note that the actual visit period is the deciding factor in the selection period. If you want to display a list of cases, for example, for which no certificates were received in the 1st quarter of 1997 by specifying an evaluation period from 1/1/97 until 1/31/97, you will not receive any information on missing certificates for visits that took place from February onwards. The patient's visit, therefore, must be within the evaluation period so that the system can check for missing certificates.
If you specify both a case and a period, please note that only those cases that were entered in the case selection AND occur within the selection period will be displayed.

Output

A list containing all of the 'problem' certificates is displayed. You can call up a more detailed description of the individual error and warning messages by double-clicking the corresponding line.
The error message "Certificate missing" indicates that the movement could not be assigned to a certificate (if warnings are to be output).

You can also change the sort sequence in the list by clicking the header of required field or by using the Sort button.
The list is then sorted according to the selected field. If this field is not unique, e.g. visit type, a warning is output and the visits are then sorted in descending order according to the visit date.

List fields:

  • Error number and text

  • Patient number

  • Case number, possibly check digit

  • Movement, movement date, treatment organizational unit

  • Treatment certificate type, certificate number, cost object
