Description

This report creates a visit list for any organizational units and visit types. You can further restrict the evaluation according to physicians.

Requirements

  • You must specify the institution and the evaluation period.

Selection Criteria

  • Visit types
If you only want to evaluate certain visit types, enter these accordingly.
  • Organizational units
You can restrict the evaluation to specific organizational units. The system selects all visits that have a departmental or nursing assignment to one of the organizational units specified.
  • Include first visit only
The "Include First Visit Only" indicator is only relevant for outpatient visits. You use this indicator to specify that the system is only to display the movement if it is the first outpatient visit in the case. The movement must not have been canceled. If a case does not contain any outpatient visits, you cannot use this indicator to exclude it from selection.
  • Case types
If you only want the system to display outpatient visits of certain case types, select the relevant case types.
  • Sort order
You can choose whether the system is to sort a group alphabetically by patient name (Alphabetically indicator) or chronologically by movement date (Chronologically indicator).
  • Output options
  • If you only want the system to display canceled visits, set the corresponding indicator.

  • If you want the system to display canceled visits and non-canceled visits, set both indicators.

  • If you do not want the system to display the canceled case-to-person assignments, deselect Non-Canceled Phy. Asgmt.

Output

The system displays the following information:

  • Last name, first name, birthdate and sex of the patient
  • Case number and case type
  • Visit date, visit time, visit status, and visit type
  • Cancellation indicator for the visit
  • Organizational assignment
  • Treatment room
  • Physician name, number, and role
  • Cancellation indicator for the case-to-person assignment
