Description

This program evaluates treatment certificates.

Requirements

You are required to make an entry in the Institution and Evaluation Period fields. The evaluation period relates to the validity of the treatment certificates; in other words, the system evaluates all of the treatment certificates that are valid within the evaluation period.

If you wish to evaluate treatment certificates of specific insurance providers only, specify the insurance provider(s) in the Insurance Provider field.

The Category, Type, and Status fields allow you to stipulate that only treatment certificates of a particular category, type, or with a specific status are to be output.

By entering an organizational unit you stipulate that only treatment certificates stored in that organizational unit or assigned to a specific departmental or treatment organizational unit are to be evaluated. The assignment of a treatment certificate to a departmental or treatment organizational unit results from the assignment of the treatment certificate to a visit.
You restrict the evaluation to specific organizational units by making entries in the Treatment Org. Unit,Deptartmental Org. Unit , and Storing Org. Unit fields.

You can sort the output list by Patient, Insurance Provider , and Treatment Organizational Unit. The default sort criterion for the list is "Sort by Patient". You can also sort the list again according to these three criteria.

Output

The system outputs the following information:

  • Patient name, case number, and case type
  • Document number, and validity period of the treatment certificate
  • The insurance provider assigned to the treatment certificate
  • Treatment certificate category, type, and status
  • Departmental, treatment, and storing organizational unit
