RNLFPZ00 - IS-H: Evaluation Program for Persons Assigned

Description

This report creates a list of all persons assigned to a movement within the specified movement period.

Requirements

You must specify the institution and the evaluation period in which the movement date is located.

You can make further restrictions by specifying the role of the case-to-person assignment, the case type, and the organizational unit (OU) you want to evaluate.

The "Include First Visit Only" indicator is only relevant for outpatient visits. You use this indicator to specify that the system is only to display the movement if it is the first outpatient visit in the case. The movement must not have been canceled. If a case does not contain any outpatient visits, you cannot use this indicator to exclude it from selection.

• View for output

The view you select on the selection screen stipulates which organizational unit the system is to display:

• Departmental

• Nursing

• Treatment

• Sort order for output

You can set a specific view and sort order. The following options are provided:

• Physician

• Organizational unit

• Occurrence of assignments

Output

The system outputs all persons who are assigned to a movement that occurs within the specified period. Assignments with the function "other assignment" (for example, midwives, nurses), or assignments that are not assigned to a special movement but to the case as a whole, are displayed if the validity of the assignment overlaps the evaluation period. The movement data such as movement date and organizational unit remain empty in such cases.
