RNLVVF01 - IS-H: Case List By Insurance Provider

Description
You can use this report to generate a case list for specific insurance providers. The report lists all of the cases that fulfill the selection criteria you specify. These cases are listed by insurance provider.
You can restrict the insurance providers you want to evaluate by entering specific insurance providers and/or specific insurance provider types on the selection screen.
You can restrict the cases you want to evaluate by entering a specific case selection.
You can also restrict a case selection by specifying case numbers, case types, and billing types. Note, though, that you must specify at least one case type and one billing type.
If you specify External Orders Only, you can restrict selection to external orders. Otherwise, the report does not select external orders.
You must also specify an evaluation period. The report selects all cases with movements that are valid in this evaluation period.
If you wish, you can also include self-payer insurance relationships in the evaluation. You can extend the evaluation to cover all cases with a self-payer relationship (Cases with self-payer IR checkbox). You can also evaluate all cases that only have a self-payer insurance relationship (and where no other insurance provider is involved). You use the Cases only with self-p.IR checkbox for this.
You also have the option of restricting the evaluation to insurance relationships with the highest ranking. Depending on the other options that you flag (Cases with self-payer IR), you can determine whether or not the evaluation should also include self-payer insurance relationships. If you also flag the Cases only with self-p.IR option, the restriction to the highest ranking has no effect.
Requirements
Output
You can use the list viewer to define the layout of the output list.
Cases with self-payer insurance relationships are output separately from cases with other insurance providers. You cannot generate an output list containing only cases with self-payer relationships.
With the output options
- Cases per insurance provider type
- Cases per insurance provider,
you can display the distribution of the number of cases to insurance provider types and/or insurance providers as a percentage or as a total.
