Description

The program IS-H: Collective Processing of Material Requisitions (RNMMANF0) allows you to execute key functions for the IS-H material requisition for any number of care units. The following functions are supported:

  • Approve selected requisitions
  • Request selected entries
  • Form print of selected entries, or selection using criteria like date and status
  • Change the order quantity, unit of measure, and free text (in cases of free-text requisitions) of existing requisitions.

The program only displays the requisitions for which you are authorized to execute the chosen function.

If you run the program in batch mode, it executes the function chosen on the initial screen for all requisitions that satisfy the selection criteria.

Requirements

If you want to use the Print function, the following conditions must be satisfied in work organizer control:

  • At least one work organizer of the type MMANFOE must be created to enable the printing of OU-related material requisitions.
  • Similarly, the printing of case-related requisitions requires a work organizer of the type MMANFCAS.

Output

Example

You want to set up a workstation in your department to approve all material requisitions of the lower-level care units:

  1. Run the program for the department.
  2. Select entries, and choose Approve.
  3. If you require a printout of the approved requisition, prior to appoving the selected entries, choose Print .

You want to request (transfer into MM) all of the requisitions not immediately required at a time when the system load is low:

  1. Create an appropriate variant for the program.
  2. Schedule the program to run periodically at the appropriate time.

You can continue to release urgent requisitions directly from the transaction.
