Description
This program enables you to create a worklist containing medical records that have been requested on a date in the evaluation period specified.
You can use this worklist to extract the records in question from the archive. You can also execute the following functions from the worklist:
- Borrow Medical Record
- You use this function to lend a medical record that has been requested for borrowing. When you execute this function, the system deletes the the entry for the borrowing request in the worklist.
- Transfer Medical Record
- You use this function to transfer a medical record that is currently borrowed (and whose status is, consequently, "Borrowed/Requested") to the requester. When you execute this function, the system deletes the entry for the borrowing request in the worklist.
- Delete Request
- When you execute this function, the system deletes the selected request in the worklist.
- Borrowing History
- When you execute this function, the system displays the borrowing history for a requested medical record.
- Medical Record List
- You use this function to access the patient's medical records list.
Requirements
The system only takes into account medical records with the status Requested or Borrowed/Requested for the worklist.
You can set this status by requesting a medical record using the
Output
The system generates a worklist containing medical records that match the specified selection criteria, and whose status is Requested or Borrowed/Requested. The entries in this worklist can be processed collectively.
By entering a layout you can call this list with a custom-tailored layout. The following information can be stored in a layout:
- Columns included in list
- Sort criteria
- Filter conditions
