RNPORG00 - Release Organizational Structure

Purpose

This report checks the organizational hierarchy to ensure that the assignments of organizational units to each other is consistent. If no errors are detected for an organizational unit when the check is run, the system sets the release indicator in the master data of this organizational unit. This release indicator means that the organizational unit can be used in the Patient Accounting functions.

Please enter the institution. Input help is available for this field.

If you select Test Mode, the report only outputs a log. The release indicator is not changed for the organizational units.

If you run the report in production (live) mode, the release indicator is changed for the organizational units.

Standard Variants

Output

The report outputs a log containing messages on the selection screen. Warnings (W) and errors (E) can occur:

• Warnings do not mean that the release indicator cannot be set. They do, however, mean that something has been detected that you should check.

• Errors mean that the organizational unit cannot be released. You should check the organizational units mentioned in the error message text, and correct the errors.

At the end of the log, you see the total number of organizational units that have been released and the total number of organizational units that have not been released.
