RNTTEMPL - IS-H: Template Report Conform with IS-H Technology

Description

The report RNTTEMPL is designed to demonstrate how a report should be written in IS-H and can be used as a template.

The report lists cases and the associated patient names.

Requirements

Output

All of the cases that match the selection criteria are output.

Columns:

• Case,,Case number with associated check digit (if set in

the IS-H Implementation Guide)

• Name,,Patient name, comprising the name prefix,

surname, and first name.

The total number of cases found is output at the bottom of the list.
