RNUDELFO - IS-H: Delete Form Log Records

Description

You can use this report to delete form log records from the system. You can specify a period of time and choose the relevant work organizer types.

Notes

Deleting log records enhances the runtime behavior of various programs that use the log function. Once they have been deleted, the records cannot be displayed with the dialog transactions.

Before you execute this report, you should make sure that the functions that may require these log records will not be executed during this period (e.g. mass printout of discharge notifications). For this reason, it is advisable to leave a large time interval before the current transaction data (e.g. 1 year) or select only those work organizer types that have not been processed further.

If the volume of data is extremely large, you may have to delete it in blocks due to the limited roll-back areas.
