RNUKARE4 - IS-H: Reorganize Service Catalog in Accordance with Column Definition

Description

This program is used to change the valid-to date of service master data.

For example, you can stipulate that a number of services should only be valid to the end of the current year.

Selection

On the selection screen you can specify the service catalog, the service, the service category and the charge type.

A test mode is available in which the changes to be carried out are displayed without actually being made in the database. You should first execute this program in test mode.

At present the program does not check consistency with service conversion or the Germany-specific additional data in the service master. Moreover, the program does not verify whether services that have been performed exist in the system that, as a result of the change, lie outside of the validity period of the service master. Make sure that such inconsistencies do not arise as a result of using this program.

Requirements

To minimize the affect of possible errors during validity delimitation when the program is executed in live mode, we recommend that you make a copy of the service catalog before running this program. You can do this by using the RNUKACP0 program. Refer to the corresponding documentation and execute the program in test mode prior to live mode.

The use of this program can result in data inconsistencies in your system. SAP accepts no responsibility for errors due to the use of the program. If necessary, contact your SAP consultant before using this program.

Output

The program displays the changes to be made or that have been made.
