RNUPATLONG_CLEAR - Delete Content of Long Patient Name Fields

Purpose
This report deletes the content of the long name fields.
Integration
Prerequisites
The long fields for the patient and patient address must not be activated in the client-specific control parameters (table TN00).
Features
The report deletes the content of the following fields in the patient master data (table NPAT) and the master data for patients with provisional master data (table NPAP):
- Long First Name (NPAT-VNAME_LONG and NPAP-VNAME_LONG)
- Long Last Name (NPAT-NNAME_LONG and NPAP-NNAME_LONG)
- Long Birth Name (NPAT-GBNAM_LONG and NPAP-GBNAM_LONG)
If the patient and the patient with provisional master data are recorded in the system as SAP business partners, the report does not delete any data, since in this case the long fields do not contain entries (the long fields for the patient and patient address are not activated).
Selection
The report processes all patients and patients with provisional master data.
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the message "Function executed successfully". If the long fields for the patient and patient address are activated in the client-specific control parameters (table TN00), the report displays the message "Function is only available if long fields are not activated".
