Purpose

You use this report to migrate the lock entries for building units from the planning characteristics (daily) to the table for hourly locks.

Prerequisites

Features

You execute the report if you have selected the indicator for creating lock entries for building units belonging to one or more building categories on an hourly basis. The report transfers the lock entries already defined in the planning characteristics for building units of the activated building categories to the table for hourly lock entries. It enters 00:00:01 as the start time on the start date and 24:00:00 as the end time on the end date.

Lock entries that already exist in the planning characteristics are retained but are no longer relevant when the indicator is activated.

You can execute this report more than once. It only transfers intervals from the planning characteristics for which there are no overlapping intervals in any existing hourly entries for the building unit in question.

If you deactivate the function, you cannot convert existing hourly lock entries back to planning characteristics. In this case, you must perform the conversion manually.

You can execute the report in test mode initially. This allows you to obtain a list of the entries to be transferred.

The report also displays this list in update mode once the update has taken place.
