RNU_EXTTY_SG - CV Singapore: Transition of External Contract Schemes

Purpose

This report is only valid for country version Singapore.

With SAP ECC 6.0 Enhancement Package 3 (IS-H 603), external contract schemes can be Customized. Previously, the values were defined by fixed values of a domain.

This report facilitates the transition from the old to the new setting.

It only processes clients where the switch ISH_MAIN and country version Singapore are active.

• If both tables TN16E and TN16ET are empty, then these tables are filled from domain ISH_EXTTY_SG. (This is the typical use-case.)

• If entries already exist in TN16E, it proceeds as follows for each value of ISH_EXTTY_SG:

• If there is no cross-institutional entry (that is, EINRI = '*'), it inserts the missing entry in TN16E and the corresponding textual descriptions into TN16ET.

• If there is already an entry for this value (but not a cross-institutional one), an information message is logged.

• If there is a cross-institutional entry, the texts are not updated, as you must check whether the same key has the same meaning.

Note: if TN16E and TN16ET were not empty before the report began, it is important to check the results in your system,

Integration

Prerequisites

The country version Singapore of SAP Patient Management (IS-H 603 or higher) must be active in at least one client.

Features

Selection

• You can restrict the set of clients processed.

• You can run the report in test mode and productive mode. Database changes are only made in productive mode.

• You can choose whether you want a more detailed log.

Standard Variants

Output

The result logs the important steps processed and any errors that occured during processing.

Activities

First, run the report in test mode with a detailed log. After this, run the report in productive mode. Check the results.

Example

In a system the following clients exist: 100, 200, 300, 400.

ISH_MAIN is active in clients 200, 300 and 400, but country version Singapore is active in clients 300 and 400 only.

In client 300, tables TN16E and TN16ET are empty, whereas in client 400 the following entries already exist:

The report does not affect clients 100 and 200.

In client 300, it transfers the values of the domain ISH_EXTTY_SG to the tables TN16E and TN16ET.

In client 400, it transfers all values except those for 'BL' to the table TN16E and TN16ET, and informs the customer that an institution-specific entry for 'WK' already exists.

If the entry for BL has textual descriptions in only one language, but ISH_EXTTY_SG has textual descriptions for 'BL' in more than one, the missing entries are not inserted into table TN16ET.
