RNWCHAUFCOPY - Copy Fee Breakdown Codes from Year => to Year

Title

Copy Fee Breakdown Codes

Purpose

This report is used to copy the fee breakdown codes from one year to another. It checks whether the entries to be copied already exist in the "target year". In this case, they cannot be copied.

The first step involves determining and displaying the entries that match the selection criteria.

In a second step, you can now select the entries you want to copy - either manually or automatically by choosing "Select All" - and generate them. To do this, you choose "Generate Selected". If it is not possible to copy an entry, the checkbox beside the entry in question is not editable and the report displays the comment "Already exists for year xxx" in the corresponding line.

Selection

• Institution

Institution for which the fee breakdown codes must exist.

• Breakdown codes

Here, you can restrict selection to certain fee breakdown codes. You can also enter a wildcard ("*") to select all the fee breakdown codes.

• Source year

Year for which the entries to be selected must exist.

• Target year

Year for which the entries will be created when you choose "Generate Selected".

Standard Variants

Output

The report first outputs a list of all the entries that match the selection criteria, and the checkbox is either editable or not editable, depending on whether the entry can be copied.

Once the fee breakdown codes have been generated, the report displays a list of all the fee breakdown codes just generated, together with any codes that remain to be copied.
