Title

Report for displaying/releasing breakdown codes and pools

Purpose

This report is used to display and release breakdown codes and pools You can also display a history of the data released and the error messages for data not released. For easy processing of errored codes/pools, you can access the maintenance function directly from the report.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

Entry on initial screen:

  • Institution
  • Breakdown Code From/To
  • Pool From/To
  • Display Changed Codes/Pools
If you choose this output option, the report only lists breakdown codes or pools that have been changed since they were last released.
  • Display All Codes/Pools
If you choose this option, the report lists all the breakdown codes or pools, regardless of whether they have been released or were changed since release.

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays the following data regardless of the output option you select on the initial screen:

  • List of breakdown codes released/changed
The report displays all the breakdown data (all limit levels and all breakdown codes) for the codes that are currently up to date - that is to say, codes that have been released or have been changed again.
  • List of pools released/changed
The report displays the breakdown codes for the pools, but again, only those that are up to date.

The color of the code/pool indicates its status:

  • Code/pool displayed in red
The breakdown data for the code/pool contains errors. For example, the total percentage value is not 100 or the dates of the limit levels overlap.
  • Code/pool displayed in purple (breakdowns are displayed in yellow)
The status of the code/pool is "Released". This means it has not been changed since it was released. The data displayed represents the breakdown codes used in fee breakdown.
  • Code/pool displayed in blue (breakdowns are displayed in white)
The status of the code/pool is "Changed". This means it has been changed since it was released. The changed data (as opposed to the released data) is displayed as breakdown codes.

Activities

You can perform the following actions in the output list:

  • Release codes/pools
You can release the selected codes/pools and the system runs an authorization check before you do this. The released data is used in fee breakdown. You cannot release errored codes/pools or codes/pools that have already been released.
  • Display history of codes/pools
You can display a history of the released data for selected codes/pools (where you have selected the checkbox). The system lists the release entries for the codes/pools (sorted in descending order, so that the most recent entry appears first). You can expand these entries to display the released data they contain. You can execute this function for a number of codes or pools and for a mixture of the two.
  • Display errors for codes/pools
Choose "Display Errors" to display an error list for the red codes/pools. You can only do this for one code/pool at a time, namely the code/pool on which the cursor is positioned when you choose "Display Errors".
  • Maintain breakdowns
Choose "Maintain Breakdowns" to access the maintenance function for breakdown codes/pools directly, where you can correct errored breakdowns. When you return from the maintenance function, the system refreshes the list automatically and displays the current data.
