Title

IS-H CH: Fee Information

Purpose

This report is used to evaluate fee-based services and fee results.

Integration

Prerequisites

Fee-based services have been stored in table NWCH90, either manually or by means of the fee determination procedure.

Features

Selection

The report selects the fee-based services and the corresponding fee results according to the selection criteria you specify.

Selection is restricted as follows:

• You only enter selection criteria for the fee-based services

In this case, the report selects the fee-based services according to the specified selection criteria. It then selects the corresponding fee results and displays all available fee results for the fee-based services.

• You only enter selection criteria for the fee results

In this case, the report selects the fee results that match the criteria specified on the initial screen and selects and displays the corresponding fee-based services.

• You enter selection criteria for both fee-based services and fee results

The report first selects the fee-based services according to the selection criteria and then selects the fee results, also according to the specified criteria. It then checks whether there are fee results for each individual fee-based service (that has already been broken down). If this is the case, this fee-based service is included in further processing. If it is not the case, the service is not displayed.

• You only specify the case type

In this case, the report first selects all the cases that belong to this case type. It then selects the fee-based services for these cases and then the fee results for these services.

• You only specify the service

Here, the report first selects all the services for this service code, followed by the fee-based services with the service numbers of the selected services. Finally, it selects the fee results for these fee-based services.

SPECIAL NOTE ON CLASS:
If you specify the class, please note the following:
The report displays all the fee-based classes for which it is unable to determine a class in addition to those that have the specified class. This means if you specify class "X", for example, the report lists the fee-based services that have class "X" and those for which it is unable to determine a class. You can have the report list the services without a class separately by specifying on the initial screen that fee-based services for all valid classes are NOT to be displayed. If you make this setting, the report only displays the fee-based services that do not have a class.

Standard Variants

Output

The data is displayed using the SAP List Viewer, which means you can adjust the output as you wish.

At the beginning of the list, a traffic light symbol is displayed together with the fee items (fee results). This symbol indicates the status of transfer to Financial Accounting (FI). The traffic light can be displayed as follows:

• Red light

The red light means this entry has not yet been posted.

• Yellow light

The yellow light indicates that the entry has not been posted and that posting is no longer necessary. For example, this value is displayed when a fee-based service was broken down and then canceled before posting took place. This value can also be displayed in further breakdown. Entries in pools that are broken down by a further breakdown during normal fee breakdown are also assigned a yellow traffic light.

• Green light

The green light indicates that the entry has been posted to FI.
