RNWCHSUMK - Fee Total Card

Title

Fee Total Card

Purpose

You can use this report to display the fees broken down during a year. The report divides up the data by breakdown indicator. You can also display the data at case type and/or class level.

Selection

Breakdown Date: You can enter any date here. The system then takes account of all the fees that were broken down during the specified period. Caution: the period must not be longer than a year. You cannot specify two different years. Example: Breakdown date 01/01/1999 - 12/31/1999 is allowed but 01/01/1999 - 01/01/2000 is not allowed.

Fee Issuer: You can enter a fee physician here. The entry relates to the fee physician in the fee-based service; that is, the fee physician assigned to the service. The report then takes account of all the breakdown results for this fee-based service.

Breakdown by Case Type: If you select this indicator, the report not only groups the breakdown results by breakdown indicators but also groups the breakdown indicators by case type.

Breakdown by Class: If you select this indicator (which you can also select together with the "Breakdown by Case Type" indicator), the breakdown results are also grouped by class.

You should also bear the following points in mind:

Breakdown results with a pool indicator are only displayed if further breakdown has not yet taken place for them. Otherwise, the report lists breakdown results from a pool entry. The report also does not list breakdown results with a breakdown indicator for "Further Breakdown", since further breakdown will take place for these entries in any case during normal fee breakdown.

Example 1 of pool breakdown:

If further breakdown takes place for the pool, for example 80.-- physician portion PP and 20.-- hospital portion HP, the report outputs the following:
