RN_TN24L_DT_MIGRATION - Migrate Services for Treatment Categories to TN24L_DT
Vendor Master (General Section) BAL_S_LOG - Application Log: Log header dataThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You want to use the Time-Dependent Services per Treatment Category function and copy services that you have already defined for treatment categories under Assign Services to Treatment Categories to the new Customizing table Assign Services to Treatment Categories for Specific Periods.
Integration
Prerequisites
You must have created treatment categories in Customizing under Define Treatment Categories and assigned them services under Assign Services to Treatment Categories.
To execute migration as an update run, the Time-Dependent Services per Treatment Category function must not be active in Customizing under
Maintain Client-Specific Basic Control / Set Client-Specific Control Parameters and there must not be any entries under
Assign Services to Treatment Categories for Specific Periods.
If you have already activated the function and/or assigned services to treatment categories for specific periods, you can only execute this report as a test run.
You should only deactivate the Time-Dependent Services per Treatment Category Active indicator and delete the entries under Assign Services to Treatment Categories for Specific Periods when running tests. Entries can be lost.
Features
The Time-Dependent Services per Treatment Category function is activated for each client across institutions. The migration takes place for all institutions.
You can execute the report in test and update mode. If you execute the migration as an update run, the report activates the Time-Dependent Services per Treatment Category function in Customizing under Maintain Client-Specific Basic Control / Set Client-Specific Control Parameters.
Selection
The report reads all the treatment categories under
Define Treatment Categories for all the institutions in a client as well as all the services that are assigned to these treatment categories under
Assign Services to Treatment Categories.
The services for the treatment categories are stored in the new
Assign Services to Treatment Categories for Specific Periods table for specific periods with the validity period that is defined for the treatment category.
Standard Variants
Output
Test mode
The report outputs a list of all the treatment categories, the services assigned to them, and the validity period of the assignment. These entries are created accordingly in update mode.
Update mode
If you execute the report in update mode, it creates all the treatment
categories together with the services assigned and the validity period of the treatment category in
the new assignment table. When assignments are created successfully, the system displays an information message (type "I").
The report then immediately activates the Time-Dependent Services per Treatment Category Active function in Customizing under
Maintain Client-Specific Basic Control / Set Client-Specific
Control Parameters. If an error occurs while doing this or it is not possible to set the indicator,
the system displays a message and you must activate the Time-Dependent Services per Treatment Category Active function in Customizing under
Maintain Client-Specific Basic Control / Set Client-Specific Control Parameters.
