ROIB_MATDOCOIL_CONSI_CHECK - Analysis of consistency between core and IS-OIL stock tables

Purpose

Difference found in stocks of oil aggregate and history tables with respect to base UoM by any reason.

Integration

Prerequisites

In rare cases, material documents updating the IS-Oil stock level quantities may be missing in your system, or updates may have been carried out incorrectly (for various reasons). To ensure data consistency, a report has been developed for IS-Oil systems to check and fix quantity inconsistency.

Features

Run the report ROIB_MATDOCOIL_CONSI_CHECK which find the difference in quantity with respective base UoM core material document table (MATDOC) and oil material document table (MATDOCOIL) then fixes the difference if exists.

Different use cases which this report will be able to find and fix the inconsistency.

Case 1: Missing MATDOCOIL records in comparison to MATDOC – Current Period

Use Case 2: Missing MATDOCOIL records in comparison to MATDOC – Closed Period

Use Case 3: Incorrect quantity MATDOCOIL records in comparison to MATDOC – Current Period

Use Case 4: Incorrect quantity MATDOCOIL records in comparison to MATDOC – Closed Period

Selection

Correct All Quantities and Include Manual Qty as space.

Both base and additional will be considered for correction excluding quantities with manual indicator on.

Correct Only Base, Missing Add UoM Qty

Correct only base quantity for quantity discrepancy material documents and for missing record base and all additional quantities are created.
