RPAPRT04 - Complete Activities after Data Transfer

Description

After data has been transferred successfully, you can use this report to set the scheduled Transfer Applicant Data applicant activity to complete.

Procedure

1. Enter the required selection criteria, and choose Program -> Execute.

This takes you to the Recurring Tasks: Complete Activities After Data Transfer screen.

1. Select the applicants whose data you have transferred.
2. Choose Edit -> Complete activity.

This takes you to the Recurring Tasks: Complete Activities After Data Transfer screen.

1. Select all of the listed applicant activities.
2. Choose Edit -> Complete activity.

All of the selected applicant activities are set to complete.
