RPAPRT06 - Print labels

Description

You can use the Recurring Tasks: Printing Labels report to print out address labels for applicant correspondence that has itself already been printed.

The system gathers the address data of all applicants for whom letters have already been printed and who have actions that have not yet been set to 'completed.'

Output

1. If required, you can specify further selection criteria on the initial screen.
2. To start the report, choose Program -> Execute.

A list of applicants appears. Each line in this list represents one letter that has been printed. The corresponding action, standard text and the processor are also displayed.

1. Select the lines you require.
2. Choose Print labels.

The 'Printing Labels for Applicant Correspondence' report is started and the corresponding data is imported. The address labels are printed using this report.
