RPAR1D00 - PA: Archiving; Delete Program for Payroll Results (PA_CALC)

Purpose
This delete program has not been released. This program should be started from Archive Management (transaction SARA).
You can use functions Archiving and Data Destruction of Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) for this program. When doing this, you need to define a retention rule in ILM for archiving object PA_CALC (Payroll Results). For more information, see SAP Library for SAP ERP under SAP ERP Central Component -> Human Resources -> HR Archiving (HR) -> Archiving Payroll Data or see Application Help for Archiving Payroll Data (transaction PU22).
This program reads an archiving session for archiving object PA_CALC. The program either deletes or destroys the data contained in the archiving session, depending on which option you have chosen:
- The archiving option deletes the data from the database.
- The data destruction option deletes the data from the database as well as the archive.

The archive was written by the RPAR1W00 program.
Prerequisites
You have correctly performed a respective archiving session.
Features
Selection
The Test Run parameter is filled appropriately in Archive Administration. This enables you to realistically test a complete archiving session, including the deletion.
The Detailed Log option provides a very detailed output, which can be useful when an error occurs. However, it should not be activated during a live run.
Standard Variants
Output
The list shows the number of deleted objects.
The detailed log creates a lot of control parameters in function group PAR1. This function group contains the function modules for the archiving object.
