RPASR_PD_DELETE - Archiving/Destruction: Delete Program for Organizational Processes

Purpose

You can use this program to delete organizational processes that were written to an archive file from the database. The program is used as a delete program for the archiving object HR: Organizational Processes (HRASR_PD), which supports the Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) functions for data destruction and archiving. The program reads an archiving session for this archiving object and deletes all of the data saved for this object.

Integration

You use transaction AOBJ to control the programs for the archiving object. You have the write program RPASR_PD_WRITE available for the archiving object HRASR_PD.

Prerequisites

A correct archiving session must have taken place.

Features

The program deletes only data that the write program RPASR_PD_WRITE has written to an archive file.
