RPB436FI - Batch input for infotype "Absence and presence incidents" (0436)

Title

Purpose

This program is a batch input program for the infotype "Presence and absence incidents" (0436).

The program will find a file under Unix, extract the records and generate an input batch which will feed infotype 0436.

This program is activated by the service BIMP436 (40 format reconciliation import).

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

The program finds the file under the Unix directory defined in table sap 71. The file is FIxxxxxx.Pyyyy.D409 where

• xxxxxx corresponds to the 6 figure PAC no.

• yyyy corresponds to the payroll period in MMDD format

The program reads the data for the file in FSED format (240 character record) to designate them in infotype 0436.

The format of this record corresponds to that of the Zadig 409 record.
