Description

The execution of this program allows you to calculate the annual tax statement called 770 (simplified form). The system creates a file in which:

  • Record G contains sections A, B, C and D of form 770;
  • Record I is for SY statement;
  • Record J is for SS statement;

The SAP program-managed part of form 770/201x is named "Communication of data related to certifications of employment, similar income and tax assistance".

Roundings / Truncations:

Roundings and truncations are calculated automatically by the program.

Requirements

For a correct usage of this program, the data referred to the whole year preceding the calculation one must exist and the consistent results have to be present in clusters (RI/I2).

Use

In the box "Execution options" you can define some filters and activate/deactivate some options:

  • Processing year (required field): The program proposes as default the year preceding the form year (for Form 770 of year 2011 the year 2010 will be indicated), that is the whole year (from January to December) for which data are processed;
  • Company identifier (required field): This field "filters" the personnel numbers to be processed according to the company one belongs, since Form 770 is usually submitted with the data related to a whole company;
  • Include personnel numbers without results and Only personnel numbers without 2011 results: These two checkboxes allow to include in the program run the employees who do not have payroll results in the previous year, as well as to run the program only for these employees (similarly to program for CUD). This option is useful if you want to correct a TemSe file and include these employees in a legacy TemSe file.
  • Overwrite and correct results: If you choose to overwrite the results, the program will process all personnel numbers within the selected period; if you choose to correct them, the program will post-process only the personnel numbers with corrections.
  • Name of TemSe file (suffix): If this checkbox is not active, the program runs the payroll in test mode and does not save data on database; otherwise, the file is saved on a TemSe file, which name is automatically assigned by the program, unless the user determines a new name for the file in the next field. We recommend to assign the name manually in case you are saving more TemSe files.
  • Legal truncation in TemSe: This checkbox is selected as default and activates the decimal truncation of amounts.

Interfaces

The button "Interface" allows you to display / to activate the interfaces existing in the system, which help to enter some data in the form by forcing them.

Interfaces are used to enter missing data in the system or to repair specific cases of inconsistencies or irregularities occurred during the year.

The activation of interfaces is performed by managing the files existing in this section.

Both input files (interfaces) can be used to load data or to correct them.

CUD/770 integration

The common parts of the two forms programs are the following:

  • Program code;
  • Customization;
  • Forcing by external file;
  • Implementation of user exits;
  • Error log, which is transported from CUD to 770.

Prerequisites for the integration of the two forms are:

  • CUD/201x (current year) has been successfully implemented;
  • The CUD version of the year preceding the calculation year allows you to save the results on file.

User Exits

  1. The User exit is a section of a customer solution that is incorporated into a SAP standard solution (e.g. part of the customer ABAP code inserted in a SAP standard routine.)
  2. The customer is fully responsible for his own 'additions' to the standard code. SAP AG is responsible for neither creation/use of external data, nor for results obtained from the standard use of external data.
  3. The different user-exits available for form 770/201x are described in the related release notes. We recommend to read carefully the documentation about user exits in this note, as well as the documentation regarding transactions SMOD and CMOD, which are useful to activate user exits. In order to display the user exits documentation, call the transaction (for example CMOD) and select in menu Help -> Application help.
