Accessing the program

Accessing the program: Transaction P2HM

Program objectives

The program enables the display, modification, deletion of monthly return data stored by the RPLVADH0 program and the recovery of deleted data or the original versions of modified data.

Specifying selection criteria

A company code and a tax number need to be specified in the selection screen. It's also possible to select a personnel number using the search help located next to the Tax number field.

The results to be displayed can be further filtered. If the Payroll current period fields are filled in, the program will only display results created in the specified period(s); otherwise all results will be displayed.

Displaying data

Overview data

The lower left-hand part of the screen displays all return records connected to the company-tax number-period combination selected.

Meaning of the columns:

  • Company code
  • Private person's tax number
  • For-period (the reference month of the return)
  • In-period (the month of the return)
  • Declarat.category
  • B: reported (current reported monthly return data)

  • H: corrected (data reported in the current month as a correction of the previous month)

  • M: accounted (current month data + data of the months affected by retroactive accounting)

  • K: correction (data cumulated into the current monthly return from the period marked with code K)

  • T: deleted

  • Internal/external
  • B: internal (data of personnel numbers accounted, existing within the SAP system)

  • K: external (personal data uploaded from external files)

Itemized data

By double-clicking on a line of the overview data (left side), the right side of the screen will display the itemized data of the return concerned.

The record currently maintained is always displayed in the upper middle section.

The grey field in the upper right corner will show the most important information of the item, such as user, date of creation, document code, form code, tax identification number, name, company, tax number, reference period and current period.

Meaning of the columns of the detailed data:

",,Sheet (the sheet of the form)

",,Sheet no. (the sequence number within a sheet)

",,Field code (the APEH field code - SAP code according to the form of table T512P)

",,Field value

Lines related to different sheets are indicated with different colors.

The specific sheets can also be displayed in form format by clicking on any sheet page number and choosing the Display form function from the menu called by clicking with the right mouse button.

Modifying data

Operations with return records

Possible operations:

  • modification (details: see below)
  • deletion (deleting a specific return record)
  • recovery
  • recovering the original state of a modified record

  • recovering a deleted record

All operations listed here can be performed using the icons or choosing from the options in the menu called up by clicking with the right button of the mouse.

When a record is modified, the modifier's information is stored in the header of the record (which user performed the modification and when).

When a record is deleted, the overview screen is updated, with the deleted record removed.

When a record is recovered, the system shows all records available for retrieval (there might be more than one) so the user can choose which actual record to recover.

If the original state of a modified record is recovered, the modified record will be finally deleted.

Attention:

If the RPLVADH0 program is run again for a reference period once modified, the data modified by the user will be finally overwritten in the cluster with the data generated by the program!

No format or logical checks are performed during modification of the data!

Deletion or recovery of a record are performed immediately (that is, not only when the save button is clicked)!

Operations within a record:

Possible operations:

  • inserting a sheet
  • copying a sheet from a sample
  • changing a sheet
  • deleting a sheet
  • changing the value of a field
  • inserting a new field, deleting a field
  • (displaying a form)

All operations listed here can be performed using icons or by double-clicking in the right places.

A sheet to be inserted can be selected from a background table containing sheets related to the specific form, while a new field to be inserted can be chosen from the fields related to the sheet concerned. The system only performs one kind of check for field values: checking whether the type of the field is numeric or textual.

When a new sheet is created, the program increases the page numbers within the sheet automatically, assigning the next free number.

If all fields are deleted from a sheet, the program deletes the whole sheet by sending a warning message.
