Purpose

You use this report to display BEA outbound notifications (employer notifications to the German Federal Employment Agency).

Integration

The report only displays the notifications. You use the report Administrator List for BEA Outbound Notifications to process notifications and to change the status of notifications.

Prerequisites

The BEA notifications have already been created with report Create BEA Notifications.

The report cannot be started in batch mode.

Features

Selection

Selection of Notifications group box

You can use these parameters to restrict the selection of the notification to a specific time (run ID).

  • Without time restriction
All notifications are selected, regardless of the time at which the status changed.
  • Run identification
The system selects only messages with the specified run identification (date, time).

Function Selection group box

Here, you specify whether you want to display only notifications that require an action, or whether you want to display all notifications.

Selection of Statement Type group box

This is where you specify the type of notification you want to view.

Standard Variants

Output

The selected reimbursement notifications are initially displayed in an overview list.

If you select notifications and choose the Details pushbutton, you can display a detailed display of the selected notifications. For a single notification, you can also double-click it to see the detailed display.

The detailed view is structured as follows:

  • Display of all existing data modules with the content of all relevant fields
  • Display of status history

All status changes made are displayed in an overview, sorted in descending order by the time of the change. The current status is in the first line of this list.
