Purpose

Displaying and Processing Inbound Notifications (Error Confirmations) in the DEUEV Notification Procedure for the Maintenance of Company Data

Integration

Prerequisites

The notifications were assigned to an outbound notification using report Assign Notifications for Company Data Maintenance (RPCBDHD0_IN).

Features

You can select and process notifications that require manual postprocessing by the administrator.

You can document the processing of a notification by selecting the notification in the overview list and choosing a relevant pushbutton. This changes the status of the notification in the database. These status changes are usually the prerequisite for the automatic further processing of the notifications.

Selection

• Group box Selection by Place of Work

You can use these parameters to restrict the selection of notifications according to a reporting personnel area/subarea for a place of work of the notification.
You can also restrict the selection of notifications according to company numbers of places of work for which notifications were created.

• Group box Information About Time of Notification Creation

Only notifications with the specified Run Identification are selected.

• Group box Function Selection

Here, you specify whether you want to display only notifications that require an action, or whether you want to display all notifications.

Standard Variants

Output

The selected notifications are initially displayed in an overview list. In this overview list, to make the required status changes, select the notifications and choose the relevant pushbutton.

An action or status change is only performed if it is permitted for all selected notifications. After you choose the pushbutton, the actions are only flagged and not yet performed in the database. For changed notifications, this is indicated by a yellow symbol in the Processing Status column. To save the changes permanently to the database, choose Save. Saved changes are shown in the list with a green icon.

If you select notifications and choose the Details pushbutton, you can display a detailed display of the selected notifications. For a single notification, you can also double-click it to see the detailed display.

The detailed view is structured as follows:

• Display of all existing data modules with the content of all relevant fields

• Display of status history

All status changes made are displayed in an overview, sorted in descending order by the time of the change. The current status is in the first line of this list.
