RPCBENUS_ACA_ALE_PRINT - Print Forms 1094-B and 1094-C

Purpose
You use this report to generate the PDF spools for the Forms 1094-B and 1094-C in accordance with the requirements of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have executed the Collect Data for Employees (RPCBENUS_ACA_PERSON) report for the relevant employees.
- You have executed the Collect Data for ALEs (RPCBENUS_ACA_ALE) report for the relevant applicable large employers (ALEs).
- You have provided the following authorization to the user responsible for this report execution:
- Authorization object P_PCLX with read and write authorization for country-specific payroll cluster RU (authorization object P_PCLX controls the access to Affordable Care Act (ACA) tables)
Features
Selection
On the selection screen, you must specify the reporting period and enter the run ID generated by the Collect Data for Employees (RPCBENUS_ACA_PERSON) report.
In the Output Selection group box, you can choose if you want to use the standard SAP form or a custom form.
In the Output Options group box, you can choose which printing device you want to use and select whether you want to run the program in test mode, which means that the PDF is generated, however, the status of the record is not updated in the database.

Output
When you execute the report, it uses the data collected in the Collect Data for Employees (RPCBENUS_ACA_PERSON) and Collect Data for ALEs (RPCBENUS_ACA_ALE) report to generate the PDF spools.
In the output of the report, you can access the PDF spools under the Generated Reporting Forms node.
In case any problems occurred during execution, the messages are displayed under the General Messages node.
After running this report, the status of the transmitting and reporting ALE records get the status 3 (Printed).
Activities
Using the PDF spools, you can print the PDF documents and send it to the IRS.
Once you have submitted the forms to the IRS, you can change the status of the records stored in the database using the Check Results and Set Data for Submission to IRS (RPCBENUS_ACA_EVAL) report.
